It doesn’t get much more beautifully uncomplicated than this cocktail a variation of the Whisky Sour, without egg white or bitters but with honey syrup instead of simple syrup.

• 60ml Bourbon
• 22ml Lemon juice
• 22ml honey syrup

1. Combine all the ingredients
2. In a shaker filled with ice and shake until chilled
3. Strain into a rock glass over one large cube of ice
4. Garnish with dehydrated lemon
