Do we offer delivery to restaurants?

If you are restaurant, café or bar and want to delight your cocktail experience today, we are here to help you! We offer FREE delivery to any of the restaurants, cafes and bars located within 10km from Melbourne. An administrative fee will be applied for any orders less than 50 AUD.

 

How we packaged our products?

All of our dehydrated products are carefully packaged to ensure it is kept in a good shape for our customers. They are all served in multi-dose jars or bags specially designed to preserve all its essence, aroma and colour. This is our dehydrated range aimed at professionals. Gift-wrapping service is also available! We can make your gift shine with elegant!

 

How long does it take to deliver my item?

Shipping Confirmation and tracking number

All of our products are patched with care in order to guarantee our customers are satisfied and happy.

Once you’ve successfully placed your order and the funds are cleared, we will start to dispatch your orders. Once it’s finished, you will receive a confirmation email the next day from us providing the tracking numbers.

We understand that every customer is different, however, if you did not achieve your desire expectation or ‘’change your mind’’, we are sorry that we do not accept neither returns nor refunds. On the other hand, if your product is damaged but not opened, we are happy to provide a return service with the same product.
