• 60ml Anejo Tequila
• 10ml maple/ simple syrup
• 4 dashes of orange/Angostura bitters

1. Add tequila, maple syrup and bitter into mixing glass
2. Add large ice to glass and stir roughly
3. Taste for balance and strain into a rock/old fashioned glass
4. Garnish with dehydrated orange twist
